Among the numerous kinds of food, my favourite is pizza.  It tastes really fabulous.  Most kids even adults, love to eat pizza.  Pizza originated from Italy and was a basic part of the Italian diet. In fact, the world’s first pizzeria opened in Naples, Italy in 1738. Through the centuries, pizzas have revolutionised from just plain dough and tomato sauce into 4-in-1 pizzas.  That means you can choose four different flavours and only pay for one pizza.  In other words, you don’t have to order four pizzas.  Isn’t that amazing? I like to have pizzas straight from the oven when they are still soft in the middle and crispy at the sides.  I love to eat the crispy crust most.  Furthermore, the heavenly aroma always tantalises my nostrils whenever it is freshly out from the oven.  It never fails to make me feel hungry even if I have just had a heavy meal. Road accidents are reported in newspaper and on television every day. There are more frequently caused by reckless drivers rather than faulty vehicles. Last Saturday, while I was travelling from Ipoh, I witnessed a serious accident. The scene of the accidents was vivid in my mind. A motorcyclist was following behind was taxi very closely. He was so impatient that he was trying to overtake my taxi even near a sharp bend. At that critical moment, there was an oncoming car. The taxi driver swerved to the roadside and I got a terrible jolt. It was too late for the motorcyclist to avoid the car. His motorcycle ran against the bumper of the car and smashed its windscreen. The motorcyclist somersaulted over the car and was found lying in a pool of blood. It was a scene to chill the flesh! The car driver, who was cut by the flying glass, was in a state of shock. People who smoke have the greatest risk of lung cancer. The risk of lung cancer increases with the length of time and number of cigarettes you've smoked. If you quit smoking, even after smoking for many years, you can significantly reduce your chances of developing lung cancer.

What is a balanced diet? The Foods Standards Agency defines a balance diet as having ‘a variety of foods, basing meals on starchy foods and eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.’ They also recommend having moderate amounts of fish (2 portions a week one being oily) moderating the amount of protein you have and having small or occasional amounts of food high in fat or sugar. The importance of nutrition and a balanced diet Nutrition is vital for your body and all of its systems to function properly, by having good nutrition it will help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce body fat, provide your body with energy, promote good sleep and generally make you feel better. Cricket is a bat and ball game, played between two teams of eleven players each. The objective of the game is for a team to score more runs than its opponent. There is also a reserve player called a “twelfth man” who is used when a player get an injured during play. The twelfth man is not allowed to bowl, bat, wicket keep or captain the team. There are many rules in the cricket game. The game will be judge by two umpire. A heart is a muscle, and it needs a good blood supply to keep it healthy. As we get older, the smooth inner walls of the arteries that supply the blood to the heart can become damaged and narrow due to the build up of fatty materials, called plaque. When an area of plaque breaks, blood cells and other parts of the blood stick to the damaged area and form blood clots. A heart attack occurs when a blood clot completely blocks the flow of blood and seriously reduces blood flow to the heart muscle. This also results in patients experiencing chest pain. As a result, some of the heart muscle starts to die. The longer the blockage is left untreated, the more the heart muscle is damaged. If the blood flow is not restored quickly, the damage to the heart muscle is permanent. A heart attack is sometimes called a myocardial infarction (MI), acute myocardial infarction, coronary occlusion or coronary thrombosis.

Bulan Ramadhan, Al Quran dan malam Lailatulqadar mempunyai hubungan yang rapat antara satu sama lain sebagaimana yang diterangkan di dalam kitab Allah dan hadis Rasulullah s.a.w. di antaranya firman Allah s.w.t. Setelah memperolehi keputusan yang cemerlang dalam UPSR,saya mendapat tawaran untuk meneruskan pembelajaran ke Sekolah Berasrama Penuh(SBP) di Sekolah Menengah Sains Tengku Abdullah(SEMESTA),Raub..sekolah tersebut terletak berdekatan dengan rumah saya yang juga terletak dalam daerah Raub..pengalaman pertama ialah saya mewakili sekolah dalam pertandingan Sahibba dalam Karnival Kurikulum Bahasa Melayu peringkat Daerah Raub pada tahun 2012..saya terpilih kerana menggantikan pelajar-pelajar Tingkatan 4 yang tidak dibenarkan menyertai pertandingan tersebut kerana peraturan permainan yang dikhaskan kepada pelajar bawah 15 tahun sahaja..pada pertandingan tersebut saya telah berjaya mara ke peringkat akhir bertemu dengan 3 orang peserta dari sekolah seteru utama SEMESTA iaitu SEMESRA..perasaan yang amat mendebarkan kerana tidak menjangkakan akan mara sehingga ke peringkat akhir..pertandingan peringkat akhir tersebut dijalankan di sekolah umi saya..alhamdulillah kemenangan berpuhak kepada saya....
